Case Study: The Creativity Club opens up to new supply chains.

IMG_0070-1024x768The Creativity Club is a creative agency that translates ideas into great designs. With over 20 years of
industry experience, they have the knowledge, the skills and the passion to support their clients’ projects from initial concept straight through to final deadlines and delivery. They have worked with a spectacular range of clients, spanning from sole traders to multi-national corporations and they were looking for ways to further market themselves to grow their client base.

They joined the Ready to Supply the City (RTSTC) programme to increase their exposure and raise awareness of their service offering to corporate city based buyers and their supply chains. They also wanted to develop their business skills through the numerous workshops and training courses the programme offered.

The Creativity Club attended various workshops covering key topics such as sales techniques, social media for business and financial management to name a few. They were also allocated a business mentor who provided 1-2-1 sessions to focus and develop their pitching and presenting skills and they were also invited to speak at one of RTSTC’s roundtable events alongside RBS and PWC. This gave The Creative Club the opportunity to discuss and better understand the obstacles around procurement processes and further develop their knowledge of the supply chain requirements. As a consequence of the support they have received, they have engaged with Lloyds Banking Group as a second tier supplier.
