Future Proof your Business with New Tech Talent
Finding the right people to help grow and diversify your business, or provide short-term support for a project, can seem daunting but. If you are looking for new tech and digital skills then the Tech Graduate Trainee Scheme can provide you with a free, no obligation way to meet and recruit new junior employees.
The scheme, supported by The Tech Partnership and J.P.Morgan, has already placed East London graduates with Computer Science, Software Development and Digital Marketing degrees in business across the capital, and is currently looking to secure 25 more 3-6 month placement for new graduates this summer.
It couldn’t be simpler
The Tech Partnership team provide a free match-making services – based on your person and skill requirements – supplying CVs of suitable candidates and assisting with arranging interviews and follow-ups. You can even draw down a £1000 training grant to help bring your graduate up-to-speed with any specific software or systems your business uses.
Where’s the catch?
There isn’t one, all you have to do is provide a 3-6 month paid work placement for an East London graduate, paying them London Living Wage (£9.40ph), at the end of which you can decide whether you want to take them on permanently, without any additional fees or hidden costs.
