Glen came to ELBP with a history of leading high performance relationship and business development teams in the financial payments and outsourcing sectors.
As a Relationship Director with the UK’s largest payments outsourced service provider, Glen was responsible for E2E commercial leadership of all key client and vendor engagements, via robust relationship management which delivered total quality, fast-to-market supply and value chains.
Having originated from East London, been raised in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, and now residing in Havering, Glen has a naturally strong and close affinity with the boroughs typically involved in ELBP programmes, and is therefore extremely passionate about supporting local regeneration and promoting to the buyer community the benefits of utilising a diverse local SMME supplier-base.
Glen’s key strengths lie in applying pragmatic business acumen and a ‘right-first-time’ approach to all opportunities, whilst forging open and long lasting relationships between buyers and suppliers, and he therefore sees his role, and that of his operational team, as the ideal advocacy vehicle for realistic and sustainable SMME development and supply-chain brokerage going forward.
